Matsushima was scouted from her OL (office lady) job by a talent scout for adult films  She has supposedly forsaken bras because they are essentially unavailable in her size in Japan  She has released many movies that focus on her immense breasts, and has done several breast fetish photobooks and videos as well, in the bondage genre  Her later performances depict her as the aggressor, dominating her male co-stars
