Remember when Kim Kardashian was nothing more than just Paris Hilton's BFF and a Hollywood party girl that just showed lots of cleavage at nightclubs around Los Angeles? While she still seems to do just that, Kim has moved into the D-list with her own strategy of baring all on video and in the pages of Playboy and that has given her "career" (can we call it that?) a push and now she has landed a movie role.

Wait - what?  Now I know what yiu are thinking but this isn't the type of film that she starred in with Ray J that really made some accuse her of following the Paris Hilton model to stardom.  This appears to be some sort of feature film, though it is not immediately clear what her role will be.

According to a report from contact Music in the UK, The 27-year-old booty girl, who stars in her family's reality TV show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, is now set to carve out a career as an actress after signing on to a new comedy film.  The new move project is described as a "Spoof' film in the same vein of the "Scary Movie" film franchise.

Kim earlier confessed about the role her Playboy Photos (the first link is safe and has links to the now famous Playboy magazine spread where she bares all and a link to the notorious Ray J tape) and the reason she took it off for the number one men's magazine.  Whatever her strategy, it is working if she is getting any film roles at all that aren't just for sale on the World Wide Web.
